Codimetal Industries, S.A has implemented a Quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard, certified by APCER (Portuguese Certification Association) and recognized worldwide through The International Certification Network (IQNET).
The company lives a philosophy of quality throughout its organization, highlighting the production system, quality control and the relationship with customers.
The certificate of conformity with nº 97 / CEP.568 was obtained on September 30th, 1997, revealing today a robust system whose Quality Policy is based on the following fundamental pillars:

Product Certification
Codimetal has certified all its products, in the entire manufacturing range, in order to meet the legal requirements in the countries where it is marketed and in order to satisfy the expectations of its customers, providing an even more high degree of assurance. These certifications are carried out by competent and accredited entities for this purpose:
- CERTIF - Certified product license (in Portugal)
- LNEC – Product Classification (in Portugal)
- AENOR - Product Certification (in Spain)
- BUREAU VERITAS - Product Certification (in Spain)
All of these certification processes oblige the realization of semestral audits, with random collection of samples and subsequent tests, carried out in accredited reference laboratories, thereby increasing confidence in the quality of our products.

Codimetal has a laboratory accredited by IPAC (Portuguese Institute of Accreditation) according to ISO 17025, for the performance of mechanical and geometrical tests on metallic materials, thus guaranteeing a high level of reliability and control of the tests made on its products.
