Welded meshes are made of steel bars set in parallel in two orthogonal directions and the points of contact between welded bars are welded by an electrical resistence welding process of points. By having the flexibility in producing welded meshes, Codimetal Industries SA produces special products whether in reference to size, type or quality grade of the steel as well as regarding the mesh geometry.

After the welding process tests are again carried out in order to determine mesh mechanical characteristics. quality control measures all the dimensions in the sheet or roll of the welded mesh such as length, width, pitch miter and diameters involved. The sampling procedure covers the requirements of all European standards.

Special Welded Mesh
The production flexibility enables the fabrication of meshes with different characteristics in order to adapt the reinforcement to the design feautures. May be considered meshes with different characteristics, both in size and spacing of the meshes, rolls and panels, as well as the diameters of the steel bars to fit the project. For specific applications we have calendering and folding bending equipment fitting the armor to the shape of the structural element.
Welded Mesh - Fences
Welded meshes produced with a diameter 6 and 8 mm allow the execution of fences with high strength and durability.
Galvanized Welded Mesh
The galvanized welded mesh is produced with pre-galvanized coated wire.
